"I watched Bartley compete in the KY Open Bodybuilding show and was impressed, and inspired by is overall look and presence in the show. I was immediately impressed with how personable he was and his willingness to share his experiences over the years. I signed up for the DWF Transformation Challenge, and in eight weeks I lost twenty-nine pounds, gained muscle, started to see the physique I was looking for, finished in the top four in the challenge, and most importantly gained the confidence I lacked to truly pursue and achieve my dream of competing. I decided to take it to the next level and hired Bartley for custom coaching.
First, overall health and wellness was the priority. Bartley focused on making sure I was taking the proper vitamins and nutrients to ensure that my CNS and digestive system were operating at full capacity. Secondly, Barley showed me that achieving physical goals starts in the kitchen and that failure to prepare is preparing to fail. Thirdly, I learned that working out in the gym is not just about how much weight that you can move. Bodybuilding is more about time under tension and sculpting than being the strongest guy in the gym that day. Lastly, accountability is key. Through weekly check ins, Bartley helped me stay on track and kept me accountable in the kitchen and in the gym.
If I could summarize my experience with Bartley in one paragraph, I would start with the parts you will not expect. First, you will gain a friend that truly cares about you and your progress. Secondly, you will gain a mentor that will guide you through the battles you will face during your journey. Lastly, and most importantly, he will be your biggest fan and greatest supporter."
